Deploy Axiom to your entire organization via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
📋 Prerequisites
- License: Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Premium OR Office 365 E1/E3/E5
- Access: Global Admin or Exchange Admin role
- Office Version: Office 2019+, Office 365 desktop, or Word for Web
- Azure AD: Users must be in Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)

🚀 Deployment Steps
Step 1: Download the Manifest
Step 2: Open Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Go to admin.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your admin credentials
- Navigate to Settings → Integrated Apps
Step 3: Upload the Add-in
- Click + Upload custom apps (or "Get apps" → "Upload custom apps")
- Select Upload manifest file (.xml)
- Choose the downloaded
axiom-manifest.xmlfile - Click Upload
Step 4: Assign Users
- Choose deployment scope:
- Specific users/groups - Select Azure AD security groups
- Entire organization - All licensed users
- Review permissions and click Deploy
Step 5: Wait for Propagation
The add-in will appear in users' Word ribbon within 12-24 hours.
No action is required from end users – it installs automatically.
🔄 Updates
When we release updates, you have two options:
- Manual: Re-upload the new manifest via Admin Center
- Automatic: After we're listed on AppSource, deploy from there for auto-updates

- Data Residency: Processing via Cloudflare Workers (global edge network)
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
- No Training: Your documents are never used to train AI models

❓ Troubleshooting
Add-in not appearing?
- Wait 24 hours for full propagation
- Ask user to close and reopen Word
- Verify user has Exchange Online mailbox
- Check Office version is 2019+ or Office 365
SSO not working?
- User must be in the same Azure AD tenant
- Check that third-party cookies are not blocked in browser (Word for Web)
